Shipping policy
Shipping charges are determined based on shipping service, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents.
Shipping Time
Please refer to the below chart for estimated shipping times via USPS/Fedex/UPS.
USPS Priority Service 2-3 Business day Based on location and weight
Ground Service 3 - 7 business days Based on location and weight
UPS Standard to Canada 5 - 10 business days Based on location and weight
Shipping Destinations
We ship to any United States, US Territory (including Puerto Rico), We also ship to CANADA as well.
We Only ship to confirmed billing addresses for security reason. (Except for to PO, APO, and FPO addresses)
Please note UPS does not ship to PO, APO, and FPO addresses. You would need to submit a different shipping address for the orders to be processed.

Important Notes
• Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, addresses may take longer than the estimated shipping times shown above.
• 2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
• We do not offer weekends delivery.
• Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
• Protune-Suspension do not offer In-Store Pickup orders
Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification and occasionally this verification may delay your order.
Additionally
• Once your order has been verified you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Once your order ships you will receive a separate order shipped email with your tracking information.
Order Cut off Times
Orders placed by 10AM Pacific Time are generally shipped the same business day. For example, place your order with Next-Day Shipping by 10AM on a Thursday to receive your order by Friday. Orders placed after 10AM Pacific Time and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after 10AM will be shipped the following Monday.
