Returns Policy

Protune-suspension can only process return and refunds for items purchased from

• Return for exchange or refund will be allowed within 90 days from the date of purchase. 
• All Authorized return merchandise must be unused and in original package. 
• No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched or defaced will be allowed. 
• Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you; original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
• Exchange item: Buyer is responsible in paying for shipping for exchanging items (Other than defective or damage items).
• No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. 
• Defective or Damaged items can be exchanged; make sure you check the box condition with the driver before signing and accepting the package, please contact us if product is damaged.

Returning items purchased from Authorized Protune-suspension Dealers: cannot accept returns of items purchased from Authorized Protune-Suspension dealers. Instead, customer must contact the Authorized Protune-Suspension Dealer from which you purchased the item to determine the Dealer's return policy (which might be different than
